Once reservation is confirmed, terms & agreement are signed and fees are paid, you will receive a booking confirmation. After final balance is paid, 48 hours prior to arrival, 407VHR will email you your arrival information and instructions for the property booked.

All properties at 407VHR uses electronic lock code, so you won’t need to worry with keys or arriving at a later time, in case any delay happens. You will receive your door lock and gate code 48 hours prior to arrival date.

You can check-in any time after 4:00pm. Check-out is no later than 11:00am, so we can get the house clean and ready for our next guest.

No, pets are not allowed. All of our properties are pet-free, and we have a strict no pet policy.

Yes, all of our kitchens are equipped with toasters, coffee makers, blenders, cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils.

Daily or mid-housekeeping service can be provided, however, there is an additional charge, which is not included in the rental rate.

If the Reservation is cancelled 31 or more days prior to the arrival date, the Deposit is refunded minus an 8% Fee to cover transactions costs. If the Reservation is cancelled 30 days or less prior to the Reservation arrival date, then any amount paid towards that Reservation will not be refunded.
