Albert started the company by doing all the manual labor himself. From there, he realized he could be more impactful if he started using other trade partners as resources. He started hiring a hand-picked team and before long took off as a true custom builder. Our mission statement is to 'create prosperity for the betterment of our communities.' This idea was birthed because we want everyone we come into contact with during the home building journey to prosper, to make them better. From the clients to the trade partners we hire, we want to make a positive impact on our local community.

Albert was raised Amish but left that community when he was very young. He had to start all over, alone with his wife, from nothing. Being able to overcome that challenge and build a business has not been easy, but of course, was worth it. This past year, overcoming all the challenges many businesses have faced due to COVID, has also been daunting at times but are looking forward to the future.

Whenever a client moves into their home and is overjoyed with their home is the best moment of my career. Seeing families have a place to make memories, to prosper, to feel safe, is the best feeling.

We operate a bit differently in our office because we believe that having fun and providing excellence in every area is normal. That means we are always looking for ways to give clients the very best experience while feeling relaxed and at home. When clients work with us, they often feel like they have made friends with our team members along the way. This is important because building your dream home can be stressful, but if you have the right people helping you make the dream come true, it makes all the difference.
