I have been helping people buy and sell homes in MN since 2003. When you work with me, expect things to feel a little different — right from the beginning.

When it's time to buy, I take your goals for your next home and turn them into reality. My honest, upfront service takes the guesswork out of buying a new home.
Don't pay more than a home is worth just because it's a hot seller's market. We use a variety of negotiation strategies that will make your offer pop compared to the competition.
Perhaps more importantly, I am a friend you can call any time after your deal closes that happens to know a LOT about homes. If you need advice on a repair issue, a big improvement or even landscaping, I'm there for you long after your deal ends.
SELLERS -
You want an experienced and knowledgeable professional to make sure they get the job done right. Would you hire a knee surgeon to give you a liver transplant if you could save a few thousand dollars?
Probably not. Hiring a realtor based on commission alone is not much different. You stand to lose a lot more money than you save with a realtor that isn't sufficiently motivated to fight for you during negotiations. The truth about choosing a realtor is that you get what you pay for.
