We seek to achieve returns through improved operational efficiencies, property upgrades and rebranding.
My business partner is a serial entrepreneur and has built a multitude of successful businesses over the past 14 years. He saw a huge opportunity in real estate. After all this industry has created more billionaires than any other industry. More than that we see an opportunity to help improve people's lives by improving their communities as well as providing meaningful careers to people along the way. The more success we find the more we are able to give back as we donate a percentage of our annual profits to feeding children in need.
It's a challenge to break into any industry but especially Real Estate. It truly is a people business. Brokers typically want to give deals to groups that they know and trust to close. It's been a challenge to break into that circle and gain trust. After much effort, we were able to close our first deal in the market. This has certainly helped show that we are serious about growing our business here. We still have much more ground to cover but the first step is always the hardest.

We have been in the managers' shoes and better understand the intricate operations that occur day to day onsite. This also gives us an unparalleled ability to underwrite deals appropriately as well as execute the business plan.
