We are one of the only TRUE full service Real Estate Brokerages in Texas. We do traditional sales, but we also have a focus on investors. Many of the agents join our brokerage to learn how to become investors themselves and how to better serve their clients who are investors. We believe that having a diverse portfolio and a broad approach to real estate means that we are able to help our clients more effectively. We can consult with our clients on the work needed to prepare a home for sale, guide a client through the construction and remodeling process, stage a home, and so much more. We have a Property Management division, a construction management division, staging team, wholesale team (to buy and sell off market homes), a 21 Day Flip webinar series for clients wanting to learn to be flippers, we do Commercial, Residential, Farm and Ranch and Luxury! Its our goal to be able to effectively consult with our clients on all aspects of Real Estate.
I've personally been an investor for over 20 years. But I also held a role in a marketing firm as a Global Operations Director and raised 2 kids on my own as a single mom! I started Amazing Realty several years ago to fill a need: the traditional, old-style, brokerage model was broken in my opinion and I wanted to create something that was 'Amazing'. A way for agents to work as investors, and traditional agents without giving up huge portions of commissions. I also felt that a brokerage should offer more support and resources for agents and we are always adding new resources for our team. From a client perspective, I truly believed that in creating a model that would support agents better and allow them to keep more of their commissions that they would be motivated to deliver better service to our clients and love their work more. This shines through in every interaction my team has with their clients!
I look back to the years I spent as an investor and I realize that Real Estate was always my calling. It evolved through the years as I've explored my own passions. It makes sense when you consider that initially, I was investing, then holding my properties so property management emerged. Then we were repairing our homes and flipping houses so the construction management division emerged. As we realized that homes sold better when furnished, the staging division came to life. All the puzzle pieces of our current brokerage came from experience and want to build a model that met all the needs of our own business, our clients' real estate needs, and those of our agents.
As with any business we've had growing pains, but in general, we have been lucky beyond measure and we remain grateful every day for the opportunities ahead for us.
I think we've had to continue to be creative and keep focused on our reason for existing. When that is the center of what we do, we can overcome challenges and turn them into strengths. Our business is continually changing due to technology, evolving buyer/seller needs, and a lack of awareness in the general public of the true value of a Realtor. We train constantly on emerging technologies, communicate with our clients on their needs, and keep education and service at the front of what we do with our clients so they will know our true value.
In 2019 we were voted the Best Brokerage in Round Rock. We are very pleased about that!
I'm currently honored to serve the Williamson County Association of Realtors as the Treasurer of the Board of Directors and last year I served as a member of the Board of Directors

Every day brings joy and success. But I think the proudest moment so far has been watching my children decide to invest in real estate and be part of the brokerage. As a single mom raising kids on my own most of their childhoods I often worried about the balance of spending quality time with them and my work - so more often than not they went with me to work. My work was flipping houses, showing homes to clients, attending closings. Realizing now as they enter adulthood that these experiences have shaped them into money-savvy people who understand the value of investing in real estate truly makes me proud. Not to mention, they are both pretty handy from learning to rip out tile and lay flooring! My son is 18 and finishing up high school and his goal is to have his license the week or so after graduation so that he can sell real estate while he is in college. My daughter works on our social media for the brokerage and is training agents on 'millennial' modes of technology.
We love the video! Our agents have access to a podcast and video studio so that they can create content to educate their clients. We are also out in the field shooting virtual tours and doing a live video with out-of-state clients and so much more. We know that buyers are searching on the internet for homes and if we can offer something a step above the rest, we have a better chance of selling a home for our clients! Truly the most powerful feedback we get from our clients is that they love the education component of our videos. We want our clients to learn and be informed. A real estate transaction is often the largest and most life-changing purchase/sale/investment a person will make. We want to do all we can to make sure our clients have all the insight and information they need to make the best decisions possible.

We believe in open communication, consultation, and support throughout the entire process. Part of our focus in working with clients is educating them so they are making well-informed decisions. Additionally, our team is a group of investors - meaning they are out buying, selling, renovating, managing their own properties, and truly living the world of Real Estate. It's not just a transaction for a client for our agents, but an extension of our passion - we all love to see an investor get a great deal, or a first time home buyer finds their dream home, or a seller to be able to sell their home for more than they expected.
