My Bio
Angie is CEO/Owner of The RGroup Real Estate at Keller Williams Thrive, which is one of the top Real Estate teams in the county. Angie is a licensed REALTOR®/Broker and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and is based in our offices in Warsaw and Syracuse.
As an local native, Angie has a strong understanding of the area and the ever-changing market. She moved to Indianapolis for 15 years before coming back to Kosciusko County in 2007, where she lives on Lake Wawasee with her husband.
Angie has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and has spent much of her career in the medical device industry. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent, she held a director position with a large medical device manufacturer in Warsaw.
She is thrilled to be able to pursue her passion in real estate. Her experience in globally supporting facilities, strategic planning, providing customer service, and helping others achieve results enables her to provide white-glove service when transitioning her clients in real estate matters and ensuring a positive client experience.
I worked in Medical Devices for 25 years, most recently as Director of Quality Systems.
I was getting burned and wanted to be my own boss. I researched multiple options before settling on real estate.
Covid 19 and associated quarantine, schools and restaurants shut down until May 1, stocks have fallen. It's a seller's market still, I have buyers looking for homes.
I've worked at two. The first was a small boutique. I currently work for Keller Williams and I love it.

Being new and being successful - my team is doing well and we are changing real estate.
I love technology. We use CRM, various social media platforms, automated smart plans for client followup, send email blasts, design customizable reports for our clients, team website, etc. I have a social media manager to manage marketing and social media platforms.

We talk about providing high-level customer service daily within our team and during our presentations. We always aim to please. We formally request feedback from our clients and ask them to post on Zillow and Google.
We provide a concierge service to help our clients in any way needed. Many of our clients are out of town so we handle details like coordinating contractors, calling the police for them, turning on the heat before they arrive, etc. We attempt to make the transaction as easy as possible for them. We also provide complimentary staging tips to all of our sellers which helps get our homes show-ready. Additionally, we hire a professional photographer for all of our listings - inside, outside, and drone shots. We hire a professional copywriter to write all of our MLS descriptions. We keep professional property detail sheets at the For Sale and inside the Sellers home - readily available to any buyer. We use social media campaigns to market our listings and our team. We do all these things (and more!) to perfect a desirable image and create exposure and bring buyers in!
