Karen Bohler, a Certified Real Estate Instructor started in the training and teaching profession in 1985 while working for H. Ross Perot in Dallas Texas. While with Ross Perot, Karen ghost-wrote speech presentations for Ross and his executives and worked with the executives to train them in the art of quality presentation. Since the days of H. Ross Perot, Inc., Karen has logged over 10,000 hours teaching the real estate licensing course. Karen Bohler's teaching philosophy is that consistency should be first and foremost when it comes to instruction. For this reason, Karen teaches the entire course. The Arizona Living School of Real Estate does not use guest instructors or guest speakers.
