My Bio

Augustus “Gus” Amann joined Monte L. Tinkham Properties LLC in August 2015 as Property Manager and Sales Associate. Gus manages the day-to-day operations, as well as the marketing and leasing, of the 12 properties in the Monte L. Tinkham Properties portfolio. Gus has assisted in transactions totaling near $50 million during his time with Monte L. Tinkham Properties.

Gus is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas, and as a Houston native, uses his market knowledge and marketing skills to aid in the sales and leasing of the Monte L. Tinkham Properties LLC portfolio and brokerage listings. Houston and its surrounding markets are Gus' bread and butter, but having knowledge and experience state-wide allows him to work on deals throughout most of the state.

Gus began his career in Commercial Real Estate in 2014 as an analyst for the GEMSA Loan Services LP, a CBRE and GE Capital Real Estate joint venture.
