Hi, my name is Wyatt Johnson and I am the owner of Billings Homebuyers. I'm an electrician turned real estate investor. I always bought houses on the side and worked on them on the evenings and weekends while I was an electrician, but two years ago, I went full time into real estate investing.
I've bought about 20 houses since then and become very familiar with all the problems that come with the industry. My strengths include properties with bad titles, multiple heirs, pending foreclosures, and major physical problems like foundations and roofs.

Next I look at comparable houses in perfect condition that have recently sold to figure out the after repair value of your house. I take that value and subtract the repairs needed on your house as well as the profit I need to make, and I'm left with the amount that I can offer.
