My Bio
From a young age I developed a love for competition, never missing an opportunity to turn everything into a good ole’ rivalry. My love for competition drove me to become involved in as many team sports as possible which eventually laid the foundation for my core beliefs today.
I believe in hard work, perseverance, integrity, and passion. These same virtues apply to my everyday relationships with my clients. No matter the situation we may face, rest assured I am fighting for your best interest. My commitment to you is transparency, dedication, and results.
Born and raised in Northern Colorado, Real Estate runs in my blood with my biggest inspiration coming from my aunt who has built a successful brokerage in Northern Colorado. Following in her footsteps I got my start in Real Estate through Property Management ten years ago.
I worked my way up from Leasing Agent to Regional Manager overseeing over 3,000 units varying in class from Luxury to affordable, many of those being properties undergoing major renovations all over Colorado. In addition to experience I believe in on-going education.
Currently I hold the following certifications: Gratitude Realtor Institute (GRI), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), E-PRO, Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), National Realtor Association C2EX Ambassador, Certified Staging Advisor (CSA), and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM).
Being native to Colorado, I have lived in a wide range of areas including Summit County, Douglas County, Denver County, and Weld County. This helps me serve a diverse clientele up and down the front range as well as in our beautiful mountain and resort areas.
No matter if you are looking to buy or sell a vacation condo in Breckenridge, land in Bennett, or a luxury home in Lone Tree, I have the local market knowledge experience to help you get across the finish line. I believe we attract into our lives what we put in the universe.
I find my greatest sense of achievement comes from helping to provide guidance for one of the biggest decisions in life, purchasing and selling Real Estate. Outside of my professional career, I like I stay involved in my community and love volunteering.
Currently I volunteer with Calf-Lowell Farm in Castle Rock, CO, South Metro Denver Realtor Association’s Charities & Community Involvement Committee, South Metro Denver Realtor Association’s Market & Statistics Committee, Social Committee Lead for Sierra Ridge in Parker, CO, and with Policy & Operations Committee for Skyview Academy in Highlands Ranch, CO.
When I’m not negotiating on your behalf, I’m at the dog park with our energetic black lab, watching my daughter follow in my competitive footsteps playing Volleyball, or my happy place which is at the lake with a cocktail in hand.

No! Not necessary! There's some awesome loan products out there right now to help you achieve your home goals without putting 20% down, with interest rates so low... the cost of borrowing is lower than ever before. Keep your cash!
Purchase from a reputable company & you could save thousands! In my opinion, I believe home warranties get a bad reputation because we as an industry don’t explain them correctly to homeowners. Are home warranties going to cover anything and everything? No, of course not! That would be a horrible business model, right? Think of a home warranty much like new construction builder warranty. If you call the builder and say my window is broken my kid through a baseball through it, the builder is probably going to tell you not my problem! Call the builder and say my furnace isn’t working I have no clue why, I’ve maintenance it as the owner’s manual directs and sure you are probably going to be covered! Another example is your auto warranty- if you call the dealership and say my car is broke down I have no clue why, but turns out you’ve never changed the oil the manufacture is going to tell you to get lost or pay. Same thing here- so long as your home is properly cared for, and regularly maintained you are covered!

The home warranty company I recommend to my clients offers full home coverage for $510 per year, top to bottom. Air conditioner goes out but properly maintenance, covered. Furnace? Covered. Fridge, washer, dryer, HVAC, water heater, oven, dishwasher, all covered! Have more questions or interested in finding a home warranty for you? Give me a call
First, Licensed Agents and REALTORS are NOT THE SAME. REALTORS are licensed agents who have agreed to uphold a higher set of ethical standards and taken additional education courses. In my opinion you should ONLY be working with REALTORS.
When is the last time you listed a home in my community? – If the REALTOR has experience in the nearby area this can be sufficient however, I do not recommend hiring someone who has never done a deal in your general area. Not only could you be leaving big $$$ on the table you could also be hurting your neighbors property values by hiring agents who aren’t familiar with current micro-level market conditions. In fact, if an agent is agreeing to take your listing and has NOT had recent experience in your area they should be turning down your listing altogether or enlisting someone with more experience to help. If they don’t, it’s a violation of licensee law for practicing outside their area of expertise. Don’t hire someone who is potentially violating their own licensee laws
Do you believe there is a set price for my home or is there a range of value? The ONLY correct answer to this question is “Yes, Mr. & Mrs, Seller there is a range of value of your home based on my skillset. The better job I do, the more money I will be able to achieve for you. Here is my steps to ensure we get you the most value while still accomplishing your goals…”
What is the range of value of my home? If the number is low, ask them to show you where they are collecting their data from. In my opinion, sellers should be looking at every single home sold in their community over the past 6-12 months. If an agent hasn’t told you this yet- YOU SET THE PRICE!! As REALTORS we are your advisors, your coach, your transaction managers but we are not the decision makers. You get to control all decisions, even if we don’t always agree it’s our job to represent your decisions, not our personal opinions.
Can I see examples of your prior property marketing materials, photos, and marketing plans? Look anything you receive over with an eagle eye, Don’t like what you see? You can bet that’s how your home will be marketed, might be time to move on.
What is your fee? If the agent responds by telling you my flat fee is “XYZ” or I’m a discount broker run for the hills!!!!!!!!! Rates, fees, whatever your want to call them are ALWAYS negotiable between the seller and the agent. Don’t fall for this trap which is a violation of Federal Anti-Trust Laws!
