I didn't like that and as soon as my experience allowed I shared it with newer agents in our company. I now also share with the ladies on my team

The first lacked training and put too much faith in a brand name. The second one and the one I'm still with a focus on training with a new brand name to the area. The culture of the company went to second and still with a focus on training, technology, and atmosphere the empower the agents.
