My Bio
After graduating with a B.S. in Psychology and Human Sciences from The Florida State University, I decided to settle in the up and coming Jacksonville, Florida. I loved Jacksonville for its beaches, close proximity to other major cities and the home town feel.
After a job transfer, my family relocated to the Dallas area. We were impressed by the liveliness of the metroplex, the friendly people, endless events and family focus. I am very familiar with the obstacles of relocating to the growing metroplex in a competitive seller’s market. My experience is fine tuned to winning and selling homes in Dallas and Jacksonville.
My passion for real estate was fueled after I sold my first home in 2005. I enjoy taking responsibility to guide a homeowner with the sale or purchase of their home. I am organized and ambitious to persevere until the job is done and pride myself in developing lasting relationships with my customers even after the completion of our transaction.
Throughout my career I have set goals to become a top producing agent and been awarded President’s Club and a Multimillion Dollar Producer. Education is key to a growing business therefore I have pursued my Broker’s license in Florida and Texas and recently completed Keller William’s BOLD training program, attended Mega Camp and Family Reunion to better assist homeowners.
I decided to become an agent while attending college. After a terrible experience with my own family, I developed a passion to offer great service to others, in likely, the largest transaction of their life in purchasing or selling a home.
I have worked with 3 brokerages.
First, I was sponsored by Watson Realty, a locally owned brokerage in Jacksonville, Florida. Watson was the epitome of a traditional brokerage-full time only agents, panty hose and independent splits. The pros were their local branding and cohesiveness. The cons were the splits and traditional mindset once the market shifted. Shortly after, myself and a business partner started a boutique brokerage-Elite Realty Group. The culture we developed was phenomenal, creating systems and models was a battle. Lastly, I joined Keller Williams after relocating to the Dallas area. The pros of KW have been their streamlined sense, models and training. The cons have also been shifting with the current, changing market culturally.

President's Award
My proudest moment has been receiving the Cultural Icon Award. This award is peer-voted and the recipient exudes culture, is seen as a leader, and gives back to their office and community.
We have streamlined our business through many forms of technology. Keller Williams is currently developing a Command-a platform for real estate agents to communicate with clients on a systemized basis, a consumer platform that tracts the buyer's likes and wants within a home and connects to social media. We also use Seller and Buyer platforms to keep in constant communication with our clients.
We think that a positive online presence is important. Dallas is a growing metroplex with many incoming buyers who rely on reviews and testimonials to solidify a relationship with their new agent.
These reviews often build trust between agents and their clients. We connect with our clients throughout the process to request 5-star reviews
