Buying Property 215 is a real estate solutions company based out of Philadelphia. We’re a family-owned business that focuses on assisting homeowners like you find solutions for your obstacles, whether you’re going through a foreclosure, can’t sell your property, or just forced to sell their house.

If you own a place in poor condition, we will spend months working on the home, fully updating it. As real estate investors in Philadelphia, we understand the actual work it takes to get these homes above & beyond.

It allows a new family to move in and purchase the home from us, giving it that second chance. Here at Buying Property 215, we focus on buying homes & assisting homeowners just like we’ve been doing for years!

We take fulfillment in helping others; before entering the real estate industry, co-owner Ryan worked for “save the children,” collecting donations for children worldwide who may be starving or lacking resources such as medicine and education!

While co-owner, Ian worked at Central Behavior Health which is a nonprofit outpatient mental health facility. Ian was part of the treatment team specializing in helping clients obtain employment and manage coping skills/life skills. We will go above and beyond for those who serve!
