I’m a REALTOR® because I love helping people! I’ve been serving buyers and sellers of real estate since 2014, and I find fulfillment in helping you reach your goals, whether it’s to purchase your first home, downsize to a smaller home, or invest in your community.

My clients’ needs will always come first. I work hard and study everything I can to make sure I have as much information as possible to guide my clients, and I take my position of trust very seriously. Buying and selling real estate can be an emotional and stressful process without honesty and caring.

I promise to bring both to every transaction! I have personal experience with renovations and connections to inspectors, lenders, contractors and more to help you every step of the way. I'm licensed in Ohio and Kentucky.

What did you do before becoming a real estate agent and how did you decide to get into the industry?

My former career was in California where I worked in special events production, where I helped transform spaces from blank slates to event venues. When I moved back to Ohio in 2013, I wanted to find something with a more forgiving schedule that allowed me to help people with something more meaningful. I renovated a couple homes with my mom and caught the real estate bug -- I truly love looking at houses all day!

Have you ever faced any challenges in your current business?

Getting started in real estate was a long process. When you're new, it's difficult to convince people that you're capable of helping them, but over time you build your knowledge base through experience, education, and talking with your peers.

How many brokerages have you worked with so far? What were the pros and cons of each brokerage you worked with?

I've worked with two brokerages, both of which had some stellar people who taught (and continue to teach) me so much. My current affiliation with Coldwell Banker Realty offers access to great technology, an international network of agents and resources, I'm also able to offer excellent marketing packages to sellers through our Listing Concierge program, assistance with renovation costs with RealVitalize, and an outstanding support team when I'm not available. The brand recognition doesn't hurt, either!

What are the awards, professional achievements, and accomplishments you have received?

What has the proudest moment of your career been so far?

I spent several years working for other agents so I could learn from the best in the business, but I've been a solo agent since 2020. Finally earning awards that had my name on them was incredibly gratifying. The only thing that makes me smile more is when a past client reaches out to me for a second or third time, or when they hype me up to their friends and family!

What technology do you use in your business process to improve your customers’ experience?

My number one resource is my phone. I try to be available as much as possible, and even when I'm on the go I can access the MLS, communicate with clients, schedule showings, program lockboxes, and so much more all from my phone. Speaking of lockboxes, the latest electronic models (Sentrilock in Ohio and Supra in Kentucky) offer more security for sellers than ever before. I also use Dotloop for electronic signatures and file sharing which is so important when you need to make a quick offer, and RPR for comprehensive market data for both buyers and sellers.

How does getting good online affect your business, and what effort do you put into receiving good reviews?

Our reputation online is vitally important. There are so many agents out there and I can imagine how difficult it is to determine which one is right for you. Having honest feedback from actual clients is definitely a game changer. After every transaction, I offer my clients the opportunity to leave me a review on RealSatisfied and Zillow, but Facebook and Google are also great options.

What are the primary advantages your clients get when choosing you over your competitors?

After selling hundreds of homes throughout greater Cincinnati in a variety of different markets, I have the experience to provide outstanding advice about buying or selling a home. I spend a lot of time learning about my clients' needs and motivations to make sure that we find the perfect home or the perfect buyer. I've also completed additional education to earn both the PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) certification and the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation.
