As a lifetime resident of Southern Maine with over 20 years experience serving customers, I understand the importance of listening to the unique needs of each client to guide them in making the right decision. My passion is finding solutions to challenging issues.
I am committed to exceptional customer service through hard work, integrity, compassion and professionalism. I honor promises and commitments. My primary goal is to be the expert consultant to my clients, coaching them through the home buying or selling process. My extensive knowledge of local markets enhances this process.
I worked for the CEO of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Maine for 5 years and after the acquisition with Anthem, our positions were eliminated.
I worked for a few years in the Operations Dept. and then decided I wanted to be my own boss. I visited a job fair on my lunch break one afternoon and stumbled across a Real Estate table. They invited me to attend a Career Night to learn what that industry was all about. I attended and the rest is history!
I've only worked for 2 brokerages since 2006.
The first one was 'company focused' and not very organized as far as helping agents. I've always been highly motivated and was able to make it work. Once I began to hit a ceiling as a solo agent, I knew I needed a brokerage that knew how to help me accomplish higher goals. I joined Keller Williams Realty in 2014 as an 'agent-centric' organization. It is very well run and known for top training, coaching, etc. It is a phenomenal company. I would never consider going anywhere else.
I've received Sales awards every year I've been in business. Most recently, I was awarded the Platinum Level award in 2019 for KW.
My proudest moment has been mentoring others on my team and watching them grow.
We use KW Mobile App, Homekeepr. We have a new leading-edge KW Command technology and Kelle App.
Very important. I hear from consumers all the time that they've found me online and have read client testimonials and reviews and have called me because of it.
We ask for client feedback after every closing on my team. It means that much to us.
