Following many years of experience in sales and marketing (MBA), Claire Herczeg is launching a new venture into the world of residential real estate. This decision was based upon advice from her younger daughter who suggested she delve into an area that has always been of interest but never seriously considered as a profession.
Claire has maintained an enthusiasm for architecture, interior design and remodeling for most of her adult life. Prior to relocating to northern California, Claire supervised a complete interior remodel of her home in Agoura Hills, CA and sold it in a down market for a significant return.
Before this transition, Claire worked in direct-to-consumer wine sales at a number of wineries in Napa and Sonoma, most notably The Robert Mondavi Winery, Silverado Vineyards and Cline Cellars. It was through this hospitality experience that she honed her natural ability to establish rapport and build relationships with people.
She intends to utilize this talent, along with analytical skills acquired through customer insights research, to provide home sellers and buyers an exceptional home buying experience. The goal is to find a residence that checks the "must have" boxes, at a fair price and with the most favorable financing available.
