At Contessa Capital our niche is co-investing, acting as lead or participant, in commercial finance transactions with a select group of proven and experienced funding sources. Our private capital financing is primarily focused in two areas: Accounts receivable based working capital, structured as a non-traditional factoring facility. Commercial real estate bridge capital for certain property types, structured as a hard money loan. Debt secured by other collateral, such as equipment, purchase orders, and luxury assets will also be considered.
