Like many real estate investors, my wife and I started out flipping houses in about 2012 after selling another unrelated business. After a few successful flips, I quickly realized I needed my own real estate license in order to be competitive as a real estate investor.
This gradually led to us owning several rental properties, along with a real estate brokerage and property management company.
One huge challenge that I know a lot of other real estate investors also face was working a full-time W-2 job, while also working extremely hard as an investor agent and trying to build up the real estate business to the point where it became my full-time profession.
It can be incredibly stressful trying to wear multiple hats and juggle the demands of your employer on top of the demands of your real estate business.
Earlier in my career, I was a top-producing real estate agent and was recognized with awards such as the $100k Club and Capper's Club at Future Home Realty. Now that I own my own brokerage, no one is giving me personal awards!
But we are definitely recognized as one of the top investor-focused real estate brokerages and property management companies in the Tampa Bay area, and we are active members of the National Association of Realtors, the National Association of Residential Property Managers, as well as our local chamber of commerce and local boards of realtors (PRO and GTR).
We are big into training and education for real estate investors, and recently launched a successful podcast and YouTube channel with tons of free education content, which is something we are very proud of.
As a real estate agent/broker and property manager, my success is really defined through the success of others. I have several clients who have been very successful in their real estate investing goals, and that's certainly one of the things I take pride in.
One of my clients went from 1 to over 100 rental units in about 5 years, and he's under 30 years old! We have a profile of him on our blog and it's an amazing success story.

We have represented investors on 50+ transactions per year for the past several years, and as our brokerage continues to grow, we have real estate agents specializing in every aspect of the Tampa Bay real estate market.
Property Management – With approximately 325 units (and counting) under management, our property management team specializes in managing both single-family and multi-family investment properties for out-of-state real estate investors.
Certified Building Contractor – In addition to our real estate brokerage and property management services, we are also partners in a small construction company that maintains our rental inventory, provides turnover services for vacant units, and performs renovations and upgrades to units for owners looking to add value and increase rents.
