Overview

Our clients are real estate licensees across the state of Arizona, and we provide the required continuing education courses that they need to meet the state requirements. However, and our students know this, we don't just teach CE. We teach the relevancy of the topics to their business today so that their businesses can flourish! The CE credit is just a bonus!

Where did the idea to start the company come from?

I had been an instructor in my previous career, so when I ventured into real estate, it was a natural continuation. As I reflect on launching this school, it was launched with the mission that any class that is taught must be done so in a way that the students `get it`, `use it` and become more successful because of it! I knew that would be something new to the real estate industry and I wanted to make that happen: Teach the way it's typically not taught!!

Have you ever faced any challenges in your current business?

Our school has been blessed from the beginning! We have shifted our business model only once and it only made things better!

Any time a student tells me how a class we taught changed their lives!

What are the primary advantages your clients get when choosing you over your competitors?

We have real conversations about what is happening in today`s marketplace! We discuss how best to deal with the situations, and how to use what they are learning to better position themselves as real estate professionals. Our classes are updated every time we teach them so they are the most up-to-date courses! And we always spend time on how to look at things! We believe that even in a CE class, one can have a huge mindset shift that is very beneficial!
