Founded in 2008, Cream & Crimson Management is a family-owned and operated property management company. Located in Bloomington, Indiana, the corporation owns 100 well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing rental units.
This array of properties truly offers something for everyone including houses and condominiums ranging from 1-7 bedrooms. All of these dwellings are located in close proximity to Indiana University, with none distanced further than one mile from campus.
As former athletes and alumni, we understand what it's like looking for a property that will be both convenient and comfortable. We also have commercial property ranging from 600 to 5000 square feet in highly trafficked areas.
We take personal pride in maintaining our properties to the highest degree, and in treating our tenant's with the kindness and respect that they desire and deserve.
