My Bio
Historically, we worked with first-time buyers and move-up buyers and listing and selling homes for seller clients. We always met or exceeded their expectations because we did not promise but we over-delivered time and time again. That is why we had repeat customers and referrals for many years.
Estelia has always wanted to become a Realtor and she owned a commercial residential cleaning service for many years. I have been for many years in the waterworks and fire protection industry.
Estelia said one day, let's take the RE introductory course at Chaffey College and we did and passed the sales test the first time and started working for Tarbell Realtors in 1989 in Ontario, CA.
The biggest challenge for many years has been time and focus. We always had Estelia's Mother living with us and when she was younger she was tremendously helpful to us with our two young sons. As she got older and unable to help herself we devoted all our time and effort to care for her to the point of disregarding the business activity and devoted all our energy to caring for her until she passed May of 2021. Now we are starting to put our lives back together and start anew.
Since 1989 Estelia has had her license with only 3 brokerage firms.
Tarbell was good in training and management leadership. Century 21 was fun and had good management and ownership for us. Keller Williams has always had very good training and compliance leadership and positive culture. I do not feel there were any major cons with these companies because they give you the tools to succeed and it is your job to use them and your energy and skills to be productive and succeed. It truly comes down to your dedication and discipline to work diligently each day and be productive and create clients for life.

Since we have been less active in the last 8 years and technology has advanced with huge leaps since 2013, we have not utilized the newest best technological processes as newer agents have to this point. If we resume greater activity, we will get mentored by one of our sons who are brokers and get up to speed. Real Estate today is not done like it was in the 1990's or early 2000's.
