We serve the public (real estate buyers and sellers), mortgage lenders, realtors and attorneys. Always assume the best (about our clients, our team and ourselves, giving lots of grace since buying or selling property is one of most stressful times in a person's life!), and 5. Our mission is to enrich the real estate closing experience for ALL clients and our goal is the provide a reliable closing experience. Our two brands have over 150 years of combined experience in real estate closings and we have handled tens of thousands of closings. Our motto is #experiencematters because it really does! We make sure transactions are closed efficiently, correctly, securely, and with a smile! We genuinely LOVE what we do everyday - getting our clients to the closing table to obtain their American dream of property ownership - it is our privilege to be a part of that!
I have handling closings for 36 years, prior to that I was a bank teller when I was in high school. I met a closing agent who worked for an attorney and she needed an assistant. I was looking for a career opportunity that did not require college since I was a young parent. She trained me and I just "got it" - title insurance and closings made sense to me. After 8 months, she moved back to south Florida and I took over as the closing agent.
The biggest challenges we currently face are IT security, fraud and scams. We spend a lot of money and time to make sure our clients' information and money are secure. We use an online portal for our transactions to ensure non-public private information (NPPI) is secure and that all fund we hold in escrow are safe.
Our company consistently receive top agent awards each year from our underwriters. I was affiliate of the year for the Board of Realtors many years ago.
The proudest moment of my career is putting together a team of professionals whom I trust, love, and rely upon every day to meet our clients needs.
What sets us apart from other title agencies is that we have over 150 years of combined experience, including several native Floridians on our team - we KNOW this area! We have compassion and understanding for what our clients are experiencing, three locations to meet our clients needs, and true understanding of title insurance and real estate transactions to serve our clients.
Online portal for information and communication, which also allows for clients to deposit their earnest money deposits through the portal like a mobile banking deposit, so they don't' have to wire the funds or drop off a check in person.
Online reviews are important and we strive to have our clients review us as often as possible.
