We find sellers that need to sell their properties fast and easily and connect them with real estate investors all over the country.
We provide the investors with amazing opportunities to either fix and flip or keep for themselves as a cash-flowing asset. All of our properties have enough room for the investor to make a substantial return on their money.
On the seller side, we provide them with a hassle-free and fast process to sell their property. We cover all of the closing costs so the transaction is essentially free for them and the number we give them at the start is the exact number they get at the end.
The goal is to create a transaction, that benefits the seller, the investor and we make a little something in the middle! All of our properties are OFF the market, which means there is less competition which leads to more profitable deals.
The idea to start this company came from our initial passion for real estate investing out of state, from anywhere in the world. When we initially tried this, it was very hard as everyone we connected with seemed to just want to get paid and not actually provide any real value. There are a lot of other wholesalers and investors that operate in a shady and inefficient manner that we have dealt with before and it never seems to end well. That is why at Drive By Home Buyers, it is our goal to make it possible for more and more people to feel comfortable investing thousands of miles away, as they know that we will walk them through the whole process and help them from start to finish while being transparent and very professional the whole time.
There have been many challenges we have had to overcome to get where we are now. The first challenge was finding an affordable place to invest where we can get solid returns. We overcame that with extensive research and networking with other like-minded individuals.
Another hurdle we had to jump over was actually finding the best deals out there. We did this by testing out different marketing tactics and getting in front of the right people. We have now mastered this part of the business and we love the fact that we can share these amazing deals with other investors.
Another challenge was connecting with the right people in the different markets we are in. That was a challenge as we always come in brand new into these markets and earning the trust of the people there can sometimes be a challenge. However, we have got that part of the business on lock now, which means other investors can benefit from the connections we have already made!

The proudest moment of my career so far was opening my own office! We have an office in downtown San Clemente, Orange County with an ocean view. I am very blessed to be in a position to have my own real estate office and company at 22 years of age!
