Dultmeier Homes is a fourth-generation company that began in 1953 with a father
and three sons. Chuck Dultmeier and Jon Rollenhagen have carried forward the name and continued the tradition of being “on the job” builders. Being on-site to oversee the workmanship is a cornerstone to the quality that they are known for. Chuck Dultmeier has made home-building his career since 1970. Chuck is on-site overseeing every detail from trim carpentry to the turn of the key when it’s handed over to the new homeowner. Jon Rollenhagen has been a part of the family since 1991. He has a degree in Finance from Kansas State University and manages the finances. He starts the project off by heading up the framing crew. As our purchasing agent, he ensures the best products at the best prices while looking into the latest technologies. His passion is for energy efficiency and is always searching for ways to reduce homeowner monthly costs and our footprint. Dultmeier Homes builds more than homes, we build neighborhoods.
