We serve those that are interested in building a high quality, semi-custom home. We offer over 40 home plans for them to choose from, as well as a Home Creation Studio that they can walk through and pick out selections.

From our rich past of building experience, Eastbrook Homes has grown into one of Michigan’s leading home builders with beautiful new homes in the Grand Rapids and Lakeshore regions of West Michigan, Central Michigan’s Greater Lansing area, and Auburn, Alabama.

Where did the idea to start the company come from?

The original owner of Eastbrook Homes, John Bouma, started Eastbrook Homes to provide more homes for the money to the West Michigan area.

Have you ever faced any challenges in your current business?

With President and CEO, Mick McGraw, at the helm, Eastbrook Homes got through the Great Recession by getting creative, expanding to new areas, and designing new home products.

We offer customers more home for the money, as well as over 50 years of experience. Our homes are semi-custom and therefore can be tailored to a customer's specific style, functionality, or design.
