As a Dayton native, it’s an honor to help others find the place they call home in our community. Prior to partnering with the experienced team at Home Experts Realty, I’ve had the pleasure of assisting families build their new dream homes over last five years.
Building strong relationships to understand my clients' home visions led to a national home builders top sales honor in 2018 with a personal volume exceeding $10 million.
Awards are amazing, but my highest satisfaction comes from being invited into my customers homes for housewarming parties, being referred to their friends, or having them reach out to find or build a home for a second time. I look forward to helping you find the place you call home in Dayton and the surrounding areas.
I most recently in new construction sales, marketing analytics, and kitchen design. It's all come full circle to create the knowledge base to help my clients today.
Working in real estate was always a dream of mine. Instead of continuing to say 'someday' I decided to pull the trigger and take the leap.
The last six months have been challenging helping clients find the right home with little inventory. Luckily we are seeing that shift. So keeping both clients and the team engaged and hopeful was very important. But we are seeing the light!

Earning the Rookie of the Year award. It was such validation for the hard work of starting my own business and working for myself. I still can't believe it happened and that I accomplished my goal. It will make me smile the rest of my life 🙂
I don't know if we do anything groundbreaking with technology. We utilize social media and mobile CRM platforms to stay in constant contact with our clients.
We get a lot of leads online, so I think it's great to have reviews online potential clients can read about.
Our advantage comes from assisting our clients as a team. We believe we can serve our clients and our community as a whole better together than as individuals. This creates a competitive advantage for our clients. We can act faster with a larger group and always be accessible in this ever-changing market. Additionally, we learn from each other and sharpen our tools in the process.
