My Bio

In 2004 Gary was recruited by an out of state real estate development company looking to grow in the Florida Market. After three months of research Gary set up shop in the Sarasota area because of the area’s amenities, the values of real estate and the mild manner of local residents.

He and his family reside in Oak Vistas which is one of the first properties that Gary developed in Sarasota. Still serving on the Board of Directors as President, has kept him well rooted in the community.

With over 30 years of experience, Gary has been a buyer, seller, developer and even a builder. During which time he put together transactions ranging from $100,000 to $34,000,000 throughout the West Coast of Florida. Some of the projects grossed over $500,000,000.

Gary’s passion lies with helping buyers and sellers through the complexities of negotiation. His vast experience gives him a keen eye for quality and valuation.

In 2016 to 2018, Gary was asked to sit on the advisory panel for Home Partners of America and was named one of the top 1% of Coldwell Banker Realtors in the Southwest Region at the International Sterling Society Level. In 2017 Gary was honored as one of the top agents to achieve International Diamond Society and in November of 2018 Gary joined Keller Williams on the Water – Sarasota.

Gary has built more than 5,000 homes in his 40 years as a builder and developer, holding licenses in 6 states as a general contractor and builder. He has also been certified to adjust large commercial losses with the National Flood Program.

He is accomplished as a pilot, holding private, instrument and commercial ratings in airplanes, helicopters and drones.

In his spare time Gary enjoys being active in his church, flying airplanes and helicopters, golf, fishing and SCUBA diving.
