I’ve always been an entrepreneur. I met my wife in 2010 who was from Sweden. When we got married in 2012 I knew that I would need to start some sort of business that would allow me to own a home in the US and Sweden while operating a business that allowed us the freedom to live in both countries with a family.
Oh my gosh… what challenges have we not had to overcome? One of the biggest challenges I’ve personally overcome is learning to become a better leader. Having the right people has been a game-changer. I can do 'all the things' but over the last year, I’ve had to train each job that I used to do and trust my team with that position.
Not many 'awards' to mention really. We keep a fairly low profile and work hard. I e had the opportunity to do some podcasts and mentor new wholesalers in my local market. We really got started full-time in 2020. Year to date we have done a little over 200 deals.
Probably watching my team do what I have been killing myself to do over the last three years with zero involvement from me. Not every day is like that by any means but the days where we’re the lead generation is firing on all cylinders, deals are being locked up, and then rehabbed and sold without any of my involvement… those are truly rewarding days.
