I’m an Electrical Engineer. Graduated in May 1983 from the University of Puerto Rico - Mayaguez Campus. My previous employers are NASA LBJ, Texas Instruments in Dallas, TX, and Hewlett Packard, Puerto Rico.

In addition, I am a Professional Engineer with 36 years of experience.
