I’m an Electrical Engineer. Graduated in May 1983 from the University of Puerto Rico - Mayaguez Campus. My previous employers are NASA LBJ, Texas Instruments in Dallas, TX, and Hewlett Packard, Puerto Rico.
I started taking real estate brokers and appraisals courses and fell in love with this field! And I still love it!

By having the technical background as an electrical engineer (electronics and IT experience), I can always be steps ahead of my other colleagues! I invest in the latest versions of appraisal software; besides, I like to develop my own sophisticated spread sheets for complex property appraisals.
These days that’s pretty important because most clients check your reputation before hiring you.
I’m a certified general real estate appraiser with 29 years of experience appraising a large diversity of properties. In addition, I appraise machinery & equipment and closely-held business. I hold several professional designations such as MAI and SRA of the Appraisal Institute, CCIM from the CCIM Institute, MIE of Instituto de Evaluadores de Puerto Rico. In addition, I am a Professional Engineer with 36 years of experience.
