As one of the newest members of Fitness Realty Jimmy is also one of its most eager. Jimmy was born in Long Beach California and then raised in Calaveras county just south of South Lake Tahoe California for most of his life. He graduated from Calaveras High School, then he met the love of his life in Folsom California. Shortly after getting married, he attended Culinary School at Le Cordon Bleu. As the recession started impacting California he and his little family moved to Utah and became a fast Utah native working for local grocery stores in management positions living in Davis county for 14 years. Then his work for detail and craftsmanship turned to his roots of general contracting and finish carpentry.

While growing up in California he was able to start at a young age with a family business that specialized in general contracting and roofing. He was able to gain property knowledge, management experience, customer appreciation, and respect for the love of their home, and also take pride in amazing work ethics. He found he has an amazing eye for detail, persistence to make the right thing work for the client, and working tirelessly on the client’s behalf by offering candid advice. Because of these skills, he made the decision to pursue real estate to help those who are wanting a great experience, making an impact in people’s lives with their forever home, investment properties or something to just call home. Jimmy is an agent to be honest with his clients based on high standards, protecting their interests, also meeting their needs. Jimmy also recognizes the value of trust that his clients place in him and strives to exceed that expectation every day.

He has been married to his sweetheart for almost 20 years now, has 3 amazing boys, and wants to show them that hard work mixed with big dreams, knowledge, integrity, respect, and love can get you anywhere. He has a love of cars, fishing, family, baseball, and success.

Just as the real estate market changes, pivots, evolves, and grows so does Jimmy’s experience, and he looks forward to showing you just how he differs from the rest.
