Jeff Struck is a Commercial Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker NRT and owner of several of his own businesses. One was built from the ground up into seven-digit revenues, a BBB A+ rating, and excellent online reviews. The other two were purchased using SBA loans. Nobody gets to that place without understanding marketing & sales and finance.
I think entrepreneurship is in my nature. It's my DNA. It never occurred to me to not be a businessman.
I have read hundreds of books on personal finance, investing, economics, small business, negotiation, etc., and have been to seminars all over the country networking with and learning from 8, 9, and 10 figure businesspersons.
I was born to parents of modest means. Formal education was not an option for me in my early years. Nonetheless, I found a way. I found out how to find out what I needed to know.
I am a licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker Associate with Coldwell banker realty.
I am a licensed home builder in Alabama and a licensed [specialty] contractor in Florida.
I have flipped dozens of houses and held some as rentals.
I have built at least 2 businesses from the ground up, one to 7 figures. I have purchased 2 businesses in recent years (with SBA lending) and am working toward 8 figure revenues between the two.

I invest and have been investing in real estate and businesses myself since the 1990s. I have done much of this with creative deal strategies and creative tax strategies. (I do not give tax advice)

I understand the investor mindset and concerns more than anyone who does not have this experience.
