Command and a myriad of other streamline processes
I am a bit jaded with online reviews. With previous companies I have seen too many times where an unreasonable person can ruin a rating system for someone who was truly trying to help but there was no solution that ever could be found. I have also ran into waaaaaaay to many people that give reviews and "don't believe in perfect" they refuse to give a 5 star or perfect 10 rating just on principle alone. That ruins the whole "rating system" no matter the quality or outcome.
