What did you do before becoming a real estate agent?

Montessori School Teacher and Travel Agent - Financially saw the potential for greater income.

How did you decide to get into the industry?

My parents' client was the owner of a large franchise and they suggested I meet with her and start a new career. My mother in law also a very successful realtor at the time

Have you ever faced any challenges in your current business?

Trying to do it part-time. Having 2 young boys to take care of and juggle babysitters, meals, sports around a very busy schedule. Hoping to do two part-time jobs didn't work well I jumped in a full time shortly into real estate

How many brokerages have you worked with so far?

The C-21 franchise went independent while I was there then was sold to Coldwell Banker. I only stayed with Coldwell for 4 years then was about to open a ReMax with another girl and Keller Williams came to Pittsburgh and I loved this company from the first introduction and joined them immediately. I have had a soaring career with them for the last 20 years. I've been in real estate for a total of 33+ years. Opportunities are endless within this well-serviced organization. An industry leader in all aspects of real estate. I am a majority owner in 5 of our Pittsburgh offices.

Command with Keller Williams offers a complete CRM with multiple added features, neighborhood snapshots, direct marketing pieces, newsletters, feedback systems. notifications for advertising, tracking, and much more

How important do you think getting good online reviews is?

We feel it's very important since the internet is the first stop for 99% of all first contacts.

How does this factor affect your business, and what effort do you put into receiving good reviews?

We do have a feedback review system for our clients to add to our google reviews. Referrals and references are paramount in our industry.

What are the primary advantages your clients get when choosing you over your competitors?

Experience, knowledge, and the way you handle business is ultimately what are key factors. Having a keen negotiating skill set is just as important and blended together creates success Different scenarios we've all had and how you resolve the issues in a transaction proves your ability to create a win-win for all parties and a great reputation and success record. Honesty in all factors of the transaction is paramount
