I am the Team Owner of The Comerford Group and the Broker | Owner of Icon Premium Realty. I have been passionate about real estate my whole life starting with the condo projects I developed for my Barbie Dolls to a career on Wall Street in Real Estate Investment Banking, Finance, and Development. Because of this passion for and my desire to help others with real estate, I am committed to providing customers with exceptional service, expertise, and professionalism that goes above and beyond what is typical. My ability to apply my extensive knowledge in real estate in creative ways, successfully negotiate on behalf of both buyers and sellers and conduct business with the utmost fairness to all parties are the standards by which I do business.

I have been extremely fortunate to work in many different disciplines of real estate over the years. Originally from New York City, I began my career with distinguished firms such as Credit Suisse First Boston, Citigroup, and Deutsche Bank. As a real estate investment banking professional, I represented my employers’ interests in international hotel construction, loan securitizations, private equity funds, and direct real estate investments. As an investor and developer, I have represented myself and others in the development of noteworthy residential restorations and new construction. Now this past decade+, as Broker-Owner and Realtor, I represent both buyers and sellers in the sale of luxury and waterfront homes, all types of residential properties, raw land, new construction, and real estate investments.
