Prior to selling real estate, Katy was a designated trainer for Coldwell Banker King Thompson, helping to coach and instruct new agents. She helped agents build their business systems and operations. Patience, Persistence, Personality and Professionalism—these four words Katy believes are the secret to being successful in this industry.
Katy also leads and manages the operations and business systems for her real estate business. Katy’s experience and expertise creates a smoother, more enjoyable process for her clients.
Katy holds a Master Accreditation in Home Staging (ASPM), she has owned and operated a successful staging business, and has taught Home Staging across the United States and at two International Conventions.
When working with Sellers, Katy will often roll up her sleeves to help get the home ready for sale and continue to help throughout the entire selling process.
aty has staged and prepped hundreds of homes to sell successfully in the Columbus area. In much the same way, she assists buyers to see past what's in a house, and how they might make it their dream home.
Originally, Katy is from Reading, just west of London, England. Even though she moved here at the age of 19, her British accent is still very much in intact. Katy have degrees in American Sign Language interpretation, business, geography, and teaching dance.
She has run her own dance business for years and remains very active in the West Coast Swing dance community. Katy also loves to sew, quilt, cook and run. With her husband and son, she has been calling Columbus home since 2006.
