To further her value as a Broker, she studied for and earned several professional Realtor designations: she is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and is also Relocation Certified.
Kim understands how that the decision to buy a house can have a huge impact on one's financial future. Buyer's and seller's need guidance and solid advice; without it, a bad choice can be hard to recover from. This understanding is what inspired her to become a Real Estate Agent.
