My Bio
Kim Wilder is a Licensed Realtor® at Keller Williams Realty, Tampa Bay’s #1 real estate company. Kim brings nearly 30 years of teaching math, science and language arts to her role as a real estate consultant, using the skills she honed as an educator to take customers through the home sale process with patience, precision and poise.
A natural athlete and lifelong coach, Kim has a competitive spirit that drives her to negotiate a win-win for her clients every time. Kim always had a bit of an interest in real estate, but it wasn’t until she moved from Orlando to the Tampa Bay area in 2016 that she and her fiancé got into the business of flipping homes.
It was clear from the start that getting her real estate license would be the most efficient way to find and buy properties. That led to helping a few friends buy property and ultimately to deciding to make it her career. Kim’s easy-going nature makes her a pleasure to work with.
She brings an attitude of service to her role as a real estate consultant, and sees herself as a matchmaker, placing buyers and sellers together so all sides can achieve their goals and start new chapters. Kim is a native Floridian.
She has a son and a daughter who are both in college. In her spare time, she runs half marathons and 5k races, walks, practices yoga, and enjoys water-skiing, boating and fishing. As a former Language Arts teacher, she of course enjoys a good game of Words with Friends!
