I was a young man looking to expand into the construction field. I had gone with my father to work as a young boy of 5 years old and got sawdust in my shoes. One of the biggest challenges was relocating to Jonesboro Arkansas from a small community in central Kansas. We kept our focus on integrity and quality of workmanship to build the customer base we needed to be able to maintain that. The construction workforce is also a big challenge and is always looking for that person to add to our subcontractor teams that maintain high-level customer service and care.
