We specialize in creating win-win situations with homeowners that are looking to sell their homes fast for whatever reason. Some of the situations we specialize in include dealing with properties that are inherited or in probate, owners that are in financial distress or foreclosure, tired landlords that have paying or non-paying tenants, or sellers that just want a hassle-free sale on their own timeline.
We were flipping houses that we would purchase off the MLS and from our realtor connections. Then we decided we'd be able to help more homeowners by going direct to the seller so we started Leave The Key Homebuyers as the brand to connect with sellers.
Even having flipped hundreds of homes, we constantly run into unforeseen issues - unexpected repairs, difficult contractors, issues with permits. We have a full-time project manager who focuses on handling these issues to try to avoid them as much as possible.
We owned a lot of properties when COVID struck which was frightening because we didn't know what would happen with the housing market. We persevered and continued to purchase properties and fortunately, the market has been hotter than ever.

My father and I became partners at the beginning of 2021 so being able to run this business and work alongside my father is great. He previously worked with his father (my grandfather) for 30 years in another industry and I hope to be able to continue the tradition for another 30 years.
