My clients are people looking to buy, sell, and invest in real estate. I help them sell their home for top dollar and help them buy a home that fits their needs.
I was a business analyst helping companies find ways to improve their processes.
Some of my challenges are because I am a transplant I did not know a ton of people locally to have a sphere of influence like most business owners may have. I had to build up clientele from scratch and lead on God to guide me on how to grow my business.
I have worked with two brokers in my career. One was a smaller broker and the brokerage I am apart of now is larger. The con of the smaller brokerage was they weren’t very experienced in social media technology and how to utilize it to further grow your business. The pro of working with a larger broker is you are able to provide more options to your clients by having access to properties going for sale before they hit the market or vice versa able to sell a clients home without having to go on the market and all that comes with it.

I have an app that allows clients to search for homes that updates quicker than other syndicated sites.
Getting online reviews is greatly important for my business as it shares with potential clients how past clients have been serviced and the service I provide them. I strive on getting positive reviews from my clients so I am constantly asking people for their feedback good or bad on how I can improve in my business.
I am faith based and believe God will provide for my business and connect me with people that I should help therefore I don’t feel the need to be a pushy sales person but come with true intentions of helping my clients by providing them with knowledge to make a decision that is best for them.
