What did you do before becoming a real estate broker?

Enterprise-level software sales.

How did you decide to get into the industry?

My wife was in RE so I got my license so we could be a team.

Have you ever faced any challenges in your current business?

Lead generation has changed with the rise of social media. Instituting CRM and lead gen campaigns on Facebook have changed our way of doing business. We are much more automated now with the CRM doing most of the initial interactions with prospects. Over the past 6 months, we have handled 1191 new leads/prospects.

What are the awards, professional achievements, and accomplishments you have received?

Since I am the broker becoming a Facebook Marketing Expert has steered our company into the 21st century.

What has the proudest moment of your career been so far?

The year we closed 72 transactions in one year with just two people.

What technology do you use in your business process to improve your customers’ experience?

Using a high-quality CRM that has some AI and flexible campaigns for all types of clients. One of the changes we had to deal with is working with Millennials, 42% of last year's business, and their communication style. Moving from always picking up the phone to texting until the conversation warrants a longer discussion after some trust has been developed. Internet leads are definitely a longer sales cycle.

How does this factor affect your business, and what effort do you put into receiving good reviews?

We concentrate on making sure the client experience is the beat that can be delivered by utilizing technology.

What are the primary advantages your clients get when choosing you over your competitors?

We concentrate on making sWe use the latest technology to provide RE services for our clients. Our experience level creates smooth closings less stress for our clients. Here is what our clients are saying; 'They know the area well and clearly understand the nuances of real estate. They always got back to us quickly whenever we had questions or needed to reach them. They walked us through every part of the process, so we had a clear understanding of what to expect. Texas real estate regulations recently changed, so they were able to help us understand what that all meant to us. They did a great job negotiating on our behalf!! I would highly recommend this great team.' The client experience is the beat that can be delivered by utilizing technology.
