My Bio
I help my residential real estate clients with buying, selling, and investing in property to secure their financial futures. I also have a commercial partner that helps my clients with retail and other commercial real estate needs. Our ideal clients are fun, unique, and passionate about where they live. We love educating and serving each client's individual needs, it keeps our jobs interesting and fun! Our clients become our friends, and we continue to hang out with them long after their transactions!

This shows that for the last 12 years our clients are so happy that they will use us again and again and refer us to all of their family and friends. This is a great question! I worked in the service industry for many years before getting into real estate. My network of friends and clients I met through years of serving and bartending has been an incredible resource for me in real estate.
I decided to get into real estate when I realized that there was a ceiling in my current industry, and long term no one wants a 70-year-old bartender serving them drinks, right? Haha! My curiosity for how people live prompted me to get my real estate license, and I figured if I could learn how to sell homes in a market that had just crashed I would have the experience and the know-how to stay in the industry for a long time.
Representing buyer clients in such a competitive market is a challenge, it's frustrating for clients to fall in love with a home only to beat out by a competing buyer. A lot of my job is managing expectations and keeping morale up for my clients. We always find the right home, but patience and persistence in this market go a long way!
I have only been at Keller Williams since 2008.
The training and the support at my brokerage in my opinion, far outweigh any other companies I have looked at. I love that they are consistently training and improving skillsets for our agents, and I feel like technology supports the direction the industry is moving.

I finished out 2019 as one of the top Female agents in my whole brokerage, which I am very proud of, but hands down the proudest moment of my career have been helping my friends and family build wealth in real estate when they didn't think it was possible for them. I truly help people I care about achieving the American Dream, and I am humbled daily with that honor and privilege.
We use a myriad of technology in our business to make buying and selling real estate more simple and convenient for our clients. I think the biggest improvement to the customer experience has been our custom app that curates content and listings based on the buyer's preferences, think Netflix for real estate. It learns what you love, and sends you more of it! It's a great way for clients to be right on top of the market and communicate with us with literally just the click of a button. Then of course we use secure platforms for digital signatures so our clients can sign paperwork from their email rather than having to come into an office every time.
Online reviews are paramount in this day and age!
We are always checking in with our clients and making sure they are happy at every step in their transactions, and after the transaction, we send out a satisfaction survey and a request for reviews. Making sure our clients are taken care of in a way that they would refer us to all of their family and friends is the cornerstone of our business.
