My Bio
My passion is helping clients sell their property whether it be a one-bedroom condo all the way up to a luxury home. People need to sell for multiple reasons. enjoy problem-solving and being the solution to their needs whether they be a homeowner or an investor.
When seniors move there is often a lot more hand-holding and organizing to help them with downsizing. I have a great team to help with that situation and understand there needs to be a lot of patience with the process.
My team finds great joy in finding buyers the perfect property and feeling their joy when their offer is excepted. Our goal is to make the experience as stress-free as possible for all parties involved so that they wont hesitate referring us to the friends and family
Before getting into real estate I was a teacher. I specialized in physical education and English literature. I believe my competitive sporting nature has truly helped me in this competitive real estate industry I still teach as I do a lot of the companies training and mentor new agents.
As I moved here from England my initial challenge we are not having a huge database. I chose to specialize in geographic farming and have been marketing to two neighborhoods for over 30 years
I have only worked for two brokerages. I begin my career with Century 21 but felt I outgrew the tools they could offer. In 2000 I was the first agent to join the Walnut Creek Keller Williams Realty office which was scary at the time but the best decision I have ever made.
I felt century 21 training gave me a good base but my business grew to where I needed a team and there was no structure for that.
Keller Williams did not exist in California at the time so we were pioneers. This company gave me a roadmap for developing a Team and helping me grow my business to new levels not only in production but also in life balance. This will be my 20th year with the company.
I became a broker in 1998
I have my CRS designation
President of the Contra Costa of Realtors scholarship foundation 2013 to 2018
President of local marketing meeting for four years
Chair of the grievance committee
Served on the professional standards committee
President of Women’s Council 1998
Consistently among the top three teams in my office for the past 20 years
I am very proud of my team and the fact that we have been together so long. I love to see how much everybody has grown in confidence and in their abilities
We love the Keller Williams app and the CRM they provide which is now called “command”. We are also a huge fan of homebot Which provides a monthly update on homeowners' values and options for how to use leverage their investment.
I guess at this stage in my career I feel that you can’t survive 30 years in the business if you don’t do a great job but I agree that reviews are important especially for those who have never met me before.
I admit that I could do a much better job of getting reviews and posting them online.
I have 33 years of experience and knowledge to offer and have experienced all types of markets and been successful in all of them. My team has been together for over 8 years so we truly are a well-oiled machine.
