My Bio
My understanding of excellent client service stems from my colorful and decorated background. From being recruited to the Cartus “A” Team to being named top listing agent, I understand the need for distinctive real estate representation.
Today, as a designated Realtor I represent Wilson and surrounding counties but I specializes in the La Vernia/Floresville area. It’s a fantastic feeling to be able to represent my area with the most up to date local information because I live there.
Every day I gain a greater appreciation for all this area has to offer. I couldn’t ask for a better job or a better place to live. As a full time Realtor, my approach to Real Estate is focused around getting to know my clients as real people whose company she enjoys, and taking care of them from beginning to end.
I get great satisfaction out of being able to put my energy into helping people make the best real estate decisions they can. I love it when I can present my clients with the inside track on all things real estate. I couldn’t ask for a better job or a better place to live.
Being in sales for over 20 years, I obtained my Real Estate license in 2007 and it has far surpassed my expectations. I love broadening my knowledge in the Real Estate field and have earned two designations; ABR & SRS and I'm now moving forward to gain my Brokers License.
I was elected President of the Greater La Vernia Chamber of Commerce in 2010 and Secretary of the GLVCofC in 2009 which has expanded my networking and social outreach. I work closely with the La Vernia MDD (Municipal Development District), Planning & Zoning and City Council to keep up with the latest local Real Estate and business data which is of the utmost importance to buyers and sellers alike.
Being rated top listing agent from 2009-2011, top sales agent in 2010 and being a multi-million dollar producing agent, it has driven me to explore and excel in Real Estate marketing and has become one of my true passions. Concierge services connects clients with vetted vendors and eases the process of moving into or out of a house. They include everything from help with pre-closing services like title insurance to post-close needs like painting, plumbers, electricians, tree service and utility setup (just to name a few).
Offering these services helps every client have the most positive outcome and least stressful experience when going through the home buying and selling process. Going above and beyond for my clients is an everyday commitment I am honored to do.
