We have been in the real estate business on our own. One day, we happen to have a get-together and decided to do a joint venture and make this happen even greater than what we have accomplished individually. We really believe in networking.

A lot. Financially, emotionally, and the thing that affects us the most, is time. But, as we all know, no problem has been created without a solution and as we go along the way believing in ourselves, really put us in a situation that makes us whatever and wherever we are right now.

None. We don't need awards lol. I think the best award or intangible that we have enjoyed and we are thankful for, is financial freedom.

Nothing is even prouder than getting ourselves into a situation where we are right now. The fact that we can work based on our timeline and no one is directing us what to do but rather make us more motivated to do things better than what we have done yesterday.

All of us in this business offers the same thing; buying properties as-is condition, offer all-cash, will close in 30 days, and no realtor/real estate agent fees/commissions, but I think the thing that separates us from our competitors is that we really treat each property that we handle as if it's our own. We also give a very subtle and great relationship with our clients. Lastly, we were able to and can solve whatever problems, issues, or whatever they are experiencing that hold them to move forward with their properties.
