After graduating from the University of Florida with an Architectural Interior Design degree, I managed a successful animal hospital in the up and coming New Tampa.
Shortly after several highly profitable sales in my own personal real estate transactions, I was licensed as a Seller and Buyer Specialist in Real Estate.
My goal is to exceed the expectations of both Sellers and Buyers; working as a TEAM to exceed their real estate goals. I am dedicated to providing great communication, massive Target Marketing, and I have outstanding negotiation skills.

There are several factors that go into the sale of your home. A properly designed marketing plan, expertise of someone like me (Interior Designer), who can give design, declutter and staging advise, and highly important to have someone like me who will stand firm on the price and not give away unnecessary profits!
Most of the time, homes are sold in an AS-IS format. When the inspection is finished the buyer does have the right to ask Seller to do repairs. However, seller is not obligated to make any repairs, nor is Buyer obligated to move forward. One great way to keep a deal together after the inspection, is for the Seller to have an inspection before listing. Seller will then have the ability to make necessary repairs or disclose needed repairs upfront.
My goal is to make the Selling and Buying experience as low stress and painless as possible. If a Seller or Buyer shops for homes without a lender determining their most comfortable price range, they run the risk of falling in love with a home that isn't a good fit for their current financial comfort zone.
