In 2000 I started my career in the Residential Lending Industry. Developing skills and strategies in helping individuals and families helping achieve their lending needs. In my first decade I was able to fund hundreds of millions of dollars of home loans for American home owners.

This is where I was fortunate to experience how good it feels to work with people on providing financial education through establishing their financial needs, educating them on their options and following through on goals they set.

This was the beginning of my development of skills as a life strategist. Helping people develop better strategies that created lasting positive habits in all aspects of their life.

In 2007 I added Real Estate services for my clients personal and investing needs. Establishing extensive knowledge in Residential Real Estate and Development as well as Commercial property experience.

I continued my passion in learning about more proven and successful financial strategies to implement in my life as well as being able to share with my clients. I was able to see behind the curtain of the Big Banks and learn their strategies on their use of money to generate velocity through cash flowing in and out of the banks.

The power of compound interest is what Albert Einstein called the 8th wonder of the world. The banks do one thing with their asset base but tell us to do do something different with our asset base. There had to be a better way to get our money to work for us just like the banks have been doing for centuries.

I discovered a proven strategy that has been used for over 150 years by some of the wealthiest families in the nation and developed the habits needed to implement my own cash flow banking system to put my cash savings to work just like the big banks do.

All of that combined experience makes for a well rounded skill set in Real Estate, Mortgage Banking and Cash Flow Banking. I also share strategies on life concepts with my clients. These help to create a growth mindset of abundance that generates peace, love and happiness in their life.

I have developed a new system to measure our lives wealth. A strategy that acknowledges financial wealth is a measurement of accomplishment in life, but goes deeper into more meaningful areas, or what I call Wealth Pools, of our life.

I share strategies on how to keep our Physical Wealth Pool, our Mental Health Pool, our Love Wealth Pool, Our Family Wealth Pool and our Community Wealth Pool. How they can flow into one another and keep our life balanced and fulfilled.

I have successfully proven these strategies and am passionate about how they can work in your life. I am a loving husband celebrating over 18 years of marriage with my beautiful wife, we have two strong, intelligent and health sons that we adore and give our all in supporting the accomplishment of their hopes and dreams.

I have been a successful small business owner as well as high producing employee so I am very well versed in all aspects of income generation and how we can develop habits that all us to produce income as well as produce quality family and community relationships.

When I am not educating clients, I enjoy being with family and friends hiking and mountain biking in Northern,Ca. We enjoy fine dining and travel and hope to see you on our next vacation to talk strategy and how great life is.
