My Bio
Michael graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a degree in Geography (1994) and from the University of Arizona College of Law (2004). During law school, Mr. Fleishman was an articles editor for the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law.
He also was a two-time finalist in the Richard Grand Legal Writing Contest. In addition, Michael is an adjunct professor at the University of Arizona College of Law. He teaches a course on Real Estate Finance.
Michael founded Fleishman Law, PLC that is dedicated to helping its clients effectively and cost-efficiently deal with the wide range of legal issues that arise in the use and ownership of land and the planning and operation of a business.
We handle a wide range of legal needs, including real estate (transactional and litigation), business (transactional and litigation), personal injury, and insurance bad faith cases.
I went to law school in 2001 with a desire to effect change on behalf of the people I was hired to help. I work efficiently to solve problems. Clients hire me to do that. I am not looking for one-off billing chances. I am looking to establish life-long relationships with people based on trust and transparency.
Learning the process of what it really means to be an effective attorney. This is not an easy profession and it takes a lot of time to both learn how to be effective. That has been the primary challenge - getting to a point in my career where I can really be effective.
I earned several writing awards in law school and was published. Professionally, I think the number of positive reviews is the most laudable aspect that I can point to.
I do not think there is a singular event. I think each time I settle a case, close a transaction, answer a question, or close out a file makes me proud. I am proud that I am honest, that I care about the people I work with (and against), and that my reputation precedes me and is above reproach.
When you hire Fleishman Law, you get Michael Fleishman. I have 16+ years of experience. I work efficiently. I do not nickel and dime clients with charges for copying and mailing. I do not nickel and dime clients for sending me a reply email. I keep my overhead low so that my clients are not paying for my high-priced rent at the top of a downtown tower with artwork on the walls. My clients are my priority and when you hire Fleishman Law, you hire Michael Fleishman.
