
Overview
Our company has a wide variety of clients. On the residential side of the business we have 4 full time appraisers that have anywhere from 5 to 35 years of experience. These appraisers work for financial lenders that require appraisals to support mortgages for refinance and purchases of real estate. They also have clients in the legal profession and do work for local attorneys that have a variety of needs. The majority of those appraisals involve divorce litigation.
The two owners of the business are involved in appraisals of commercial, industrial, office, retail, and agriculture types of properties. Our clients include commercial lenders, attorneys, business owners. The clients also include park districts, land trusts, state and city governments.
Since 2000 we have been specializing in easement valuations for land trusts and park districts. These appraisals include conservation easements, agriculture easements, flowage easements. Within the last several years we are also doing a lot of appraisals for clients that have non-cash charitable contributions and need IRS appraisals.
The owners were in Real Estate sales and the banking industry.
Continue to provide excellent service and accurate valuations and at the same time to try and streamline the process when appraisals fees keep declining.

All of our appraisals are sent online and data retrieved are online sites and MLS services.
We don't work to get good reviews. We have established a good reputation over the years and strive to put out a good product that is well supported.
Experience and education separate us from the competition. We have several appraisers with designations from the Appraisal Institute and all the appraisers on staff have over 5 years of experience with the majority of the appraisers having over 20 years of experience.
