Nelia Tarango, a Bay Area native moved to the Central Valley in 1989 and this has been her home ever since. Nelia married her husband in 1989 and started a family consisting of three amazing children.

In 2001, Nelia and her husband built their home in Manteca. During the process of building, she learned a wealth of knowledge that has helped in her real estate career since becoming an agent in 2004.

Nelia takes time to attend real estate courses to stay up to date on what is happening currently in the area. As an agent who specializes in the local area, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise when it comes to buying and selling real estate.

It is not the same everywhere, so you need someone you can trust for up-to date information. She is always eager to serve her clients and takes great satisfaction in doing the best work possible with honesty and integrity.

Whether buying or selling, from showings to closing she will go the extra mile to make sure her clients have a smooth and successful transaction. Nelia is passionate about providing excellence in customer service.

Nelia speaks fluent Portuguese and is involved in the Portuguese community. Nelia is on the CVAR Council, The Board of Directors, and is very involved in fundraising to help raise money for our local charities.

She was Realtor of the year in 2016. Nelia is certified as a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Specialist and Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist.
